WINEMAKER'S NOTES
Harvested from CedarCreek and six vineyards located in Peachland, Naramata, Oliver and Osoyoos, this vintage was blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Barrel aged in French oak (50% new) for 20 months, this wine will cellar age for 10+ years. It is also unfiltered to preserve its rich berry flavours.
TASTING NOTES
Dark cherry red in colour with intense aromas of black fruit, coffee, vanilla and mocha. Flavours of raspberry and blueberry with chocolate and spice.
CULINARY NOTES
Recommended with roast pork, grilled red meats, fresh salmon and Osso Bucco. Pairs well with rich, medium to firm cheeses.
